As someone who's overcome sugar dependency myself, I understand that breaking free requires more than just willpower. That's why I offer 60 and 90-day programs designed to address both the physical and psychological aspects of sugar addiction.

The Detox Process

It takes at least 30 days for the body to detox from sugar and its toxic effects. During this time, we'll work together to eliminate sugar and processed foods, and introduce nutrient-rich whole foods.

Breaking the Psychological Hold

Once the physical detox is underway, we'll focus on breaking the psychological reliance on sugar. This is where the real transformation happens, and you'll learn how to manage emotions, build self-awareness, and develop a healthier relationship with food.
